1. Pound orange peel with water on a piece of stone and apply on affected areas.
2. Mix 2 equal parts of lemon juice and rose water and apply directly on your skin may be you will get some irritation initially but then by the time it will get normal. The results can be really fantastic if you apply it almost 3 times a week. 
3. Onion juice mixed with honey or olive oil is a good treatment for acne.

1. To sooth menstrual cramps, peel and cut cucumber into slices. Boil in water for 10 Min's and drink solution between meals.
2. Pound a piece of fresh ginger and boil it in a cup of water for few min's. Add sugar and drink this 3 times a day to ease cramp's. 
3. Oregano is know to relieve menstrual cramps. Chew a few leaves thrice a day for relief.

Causes

Prevention 
1. Drinking water
2. Sleep for min of 8hrs
3. Keep stress & emotions controlled
4. Remove contact lenses before sleeping
5. Try to eliminate or reduce consuming alcohol & sodium
6. Use fragrance free, non toxic moisturizers

Remedies 
1. Wash face with cold water
2. Drink water to flush out toxins and clean the body system
3. Take 2 tea bags, moist it with water and then place them in fridge for chilling. Later place them on eye lids.
4. Use eye creams which contain vit E or aloe
5. Place slices of raw potato or cucumber on eye lids for a while
6. A rounded metal spoon which has been cooled in fridge for a while can be used by placing the spoon on the puffed eye portion for a few Min's.

1. Curry leaves have hair vitalising & root strengthening properties. Boiling these leaves with coconut oil and then massaging the hair & scalp will prove beneficial.
2. Amla or indian gooseberry is know to enrich hair pigmantation & growth. Soak dried pieces of amla in water overnight & use this water to wash hair.
3. A mixture of almond oil, with few drops of lime 7 amla juice is great for massaging hair & scalp.
4. Torai or ribbed gourd boiled with coconut oil is another remedy for enhancing natural pigmentation of hair.
5. Butter obtained from fresh cow's milk helps avoid & reduce premature greying of hair.

Tips To Treat Pimples 


1. Boil beetroot in water and use it to treat pimples.
2. Crush orange peels and mix with water. Apply the mixture to acne affected areas.
3. Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and groundnut oil & leave the paste on face for 20 Min's. Wash off with lukewarm water.
4. Make a face wash out of fresh lime juice mixed with boiled milk and use daily.
5. Apply a paste of ripe tomato pulp on zits and wash after 45 Min's.
6. Half a glass of rose water with a tablespoon of honey mixed everyday to keep your skin clear.
7. Experts recommend raw papaya juice as an effective home remedy for pimple. Dab a few drops on affected areas.
8. Grind cucumber in blender and apply the paste on your face. Leave it on for half an hour & wash it off with warm water.
9. Another effective remedy is applying a paste of honey and grated apple on your face. Wash it off with cold water.
10. Mix turmeric & neem leaves & add few drops of water. Applying this helps reduce scars left behind by pimples.

1. Apply fermented curd on scalp and hair for an hour before a wash.
2. Dandruff is common in dry hair, so oil hair as often as possible.
3. Make mixture of olive oil and ginger root and apply it on scalp. This reduces dandruff and keeps hair healthy.
4. Avoid colouring or streaking your hair if you suffer from dandruff.
5. Take a bit of sandalwood oil and thrice the amount of lemon juice to make a paste.
Keep mixture on scalp for some time and then wash off.
6. Rinse scalp with lemon juice, works wonders in getting rid of dandruff.
7. Mix half mug of warm water with half of vinegar and pour it over scalp and rinse out thoroughly.
8. Make a paste of 2 egg whites mixed with lime juice and apply it on scalp.
9. Mix almond oil and olive oil and apply it to your scalp. Wash it off after 5 Min's.
10. Mix 1 tea spoom of coconut oil & 1 tea spoon of lemon juice with fuller's earth or multani mitti & apply this paste on your hair and scalp. Keep it for an hour. Wash off. This will definitely give relief from dandruff.

REMEDIES
1. Regular exercise and balanced diet.
2. Practise pranayama.
3. Consumption of olive oil instead of saturated oil.
4. Dinner should be light & easy to gigest.
5. A glass of lukewarm water with honey is also helpful.
6. A cup of hot milk with turmeric proves effective.
7.Avoid smoking as it causes songestion in nasal area.
8. Meditation for half hour daily to combat stress.
9. Raising the head of bed by 4-5 inches can aslo solve problem
10. Sleeping flat on your back can cause snoring. It will be better to sleep on your side.
11. Put few drops of almond oil into nostrils before sleeping.
12. An open bottle of marjoram oil can be kept on ed side while sleeping. Its useful in clearing nasal passage.
13. In a container of steaming water add 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil and inhale.
14. Green tea, chamomile and mint tea have a soothing effect on throat.

2. Overweight.
3. Enlarged adenoids or tonsils.
4. Intake of caffeine & alcohol.

 DO'S
1. If you suffer from constipation, eat a ripe guava first thing in the morning.
2. Yoga and pranayam to be done regularly.
3. One should sleep early and get up early so that undigested matter is eliminated timely.
4. Take an alternate hot and cold hip bath in tub with feet outside. Simultaneously you should massage the abdomen from left to right with towel. This can be done twice a week.
5. Direct mud application on abdomen on empty stomach.
6. Soak dry figs in water and consume them following morning.


DON'TS
1. Urge to pass stools should not be suppressed.
2. One should never exert or strain at the time of passing stools.


CAUSES
1. Intake of unhealthy food which lacks natural vitamins, minerals and fiber.
2. Spicy or sweetened food 
3. Deep fried food
4. Over eating
5. Stimulants like tea, coffee and cold drinks.
6. Lack of exercise.
7. Insufficient water intake.


EFFECT
1. Dry and hard stools.
2. Crampy abdominal pains.
3. Bleeding piles caused due to straining at time of passing stools.
4. Coated tongue, headache and dullness.


DIETARY MEASURES
1. Eat slowly and chew food thoroughly to aid proper digestion.
2. Take fresh fruits an green vegetables.
3. Dietary fibre present in cereals and raw salad is essential.
4. Avoid fried and spicy food.

2. Try having a glass of warm milk. Dairy foods are idle due to the presence of tryptophan, a sleep promoting substance.
3. Bananas which are not only high in nutritious, also help you sleep better.
4. Carbohydrates are not all bad for you. Yes, they are know to energies body, but when had with tryptophan rich foods can help. Try cornflakes with milk or even bread and cheese.
5. It's not your fave cup of coffee but even chocolate aerated drinks like cola, tea are sleep killers. Hence it's best to avoid them after 4pm.
6. Go slow on all fatty food. Consuming food rich in spices and are heavy on stomach should be avoided at night.
7. Oils made from herbs like lavender / chamomile and even rosemary can be used to beat stress & relax the system.
8. Boil 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds in 250ml of water for 10 Min's. Filter and drink 100ml before going to bed.
9. Sprinkle lavender water on your pillow. The scent will help you relax deeply. 
10. Try breathing exercise to relax.
11. Avoid heavy meals before bedtime.
