1. Try podcast: Create your very own podcast & then sneak it onto her ipod.
2. Get the actor inside you to come out: Get in touch with a local theater group & request them to allow you to propose after the cast's curtain call. 
3. Treasure hunting: Make your partner go to all their fav places with the help of clues that you have planted, etc. When he/she finally reaches to the last clue, you should be on your knee in that place. 
4. Go clubbing: Go to your patners fav disc and request the DJ to play the fav song, during the song just pop the question. 
5. Romantic picnic: Request a friend or relative to set up a romantic picnic.. Take your patner hiking and along your path you should stumble upon the picnic. 
6. Bake a cake: Get your partners fav cake baked  with a personal message on it.. Request the bakery to place it in the showcase.. Then suggest your partner to join you for some window shopping and you will walk by the bakery shop. 
7. For movie buff's: So your partner is a movie buff huh... Then this should be perfect.. Record your proposal and just before the movie starts your proposal should be played on the big screen.. 
8. At a get together: Get your family and friend involved.. During a get together make them wear T-shirts spelling the alphabets or sentence. 
9. Sleeping Beauty moment: Try putting the ring on her finger while she is asleep an then wake her up for some midnight celebration.

Tips To Apply Body Lotion

1. After bath pat your skin dry with the help of your towel and try not to rub the water off.
2. Apply the lotion within 3 to 5 minutes of bathing. This helps your skin lock in the moisture.
3. Apply the lotion in circular motion using your palms.
4. Start from your ankles & work your way up, then do your feet and lastly do your hands.
5. While applying lotion to your feet, start from the top surface of the foot & then massage downwards to your toes (it's advisable to exfoliate your heels and sole with a brush or a pumice stone for better performance)
6. While applying to your hands, rub it until it is completely absorbed (don't forget to reapply after ever time you wash your hands).

1. Always de-tangle your hair with a wide tooth comb before washing it.
2. Directly pouring water onto your hair tends to tangle it due to pressure, so it's better to wet it little by little.
3. Do not go for length that is twice your natural hair length.
4. As dirt as sweat tend to tangle up the hair, it's important to wash hair regularly. if your using natural hair extension wash it at least twice a week. Synthetic can be washed once a week. 
5. Wash hair with gentle mild shampoo.
6. Do not pile the hair on the top of head while washing. Gently massage hair. Use a good conditioner that suits the hair. 
7. Never go to bed with wet hair, the wet extensions get tangled very easily.
8. Beat to tie a loose pony during sleeping to avoid tangling of hair. 
9. If you swim then its best to wear a cap to protect the hair from the chlorine and other chemicals. 
10. The essential oils produced on your scalp reach your hair but do no help for your extensions, so you need to hydrate them by regularly moisturizing to make them blend and look natural. 
11. It's bad to rub wet hair extension vigorously  to dry it. Instead air dry it.

Spark any gathering by just throwing a theme party. It can be anything ranging from english tea party to an outrageous las vegas bash. 

2. Part perfections:
Start it correctly by creating fun and off the hat invitations. Make a puzzle invite, etc. Just dont forget the basic which is place, time, etc.

3. It's all about the atmosphere:
Line your front walk or door entrance with candles or hangings with candles inside on the tree below bushes. Or you can buy or rent one of those light that twinkle.

4. Get groovy:
No bash is complete with out music. Put theme appropriate music r take requests from the guests. 

5. Make it memorable:
Send your friends home by giving them a favorite party photo moment.

HAIR CARE
1. Should begin at least 6 months before the wedding because some treatments take time. Go to the hair spa and get treatment twice a week, if you can't afford it then once a week is a must. Hair spa is important for the well being of the hair. The treatment differs according to the hair type.
2. Oil your hair once a week. Do not oil overnight because the oil blocks pores and does not let the hair breath at night, plus it attracts dirt. 
3. Oil improves the blood circulation and helps the hair grow stronger. Use 2 table spoons of any ayurvedic oil or mix olive oil with Castor oil and apply an hour before washing your hair. Condition  your hair. 
4. Do not apply hair colour just before the big day. You can't be seen with strong colouring. Opt for a colour that is close to your hair colour. Do not opt for blond as they do not go well with Indian skin tone.
5. Go for regular trim every 2 weeks to 2 months. If you are planning to grow your hair, don't touch it for 6 months. Get a hair cut at least 6 weeks before the weeding so that the hair is well set. Perms are not recommended before the wedding. 
6. Ask the stylist for a hair style that suits you.
7. Include a lot of vitamins in your diet to make your hair healthy. No amount of treatment can save damaged hair if your diet in not well balanced.
8. Care for your hair from the inside and outside.
9. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to improve the overall health of your hair. Avoid foods that contain too much oil, as these may make your hair oily.
10. Always use wide toothed comb to remove the tangles from your hair. Avoid using a brush when it's wet.


FOR THE SKIN
1. Start the beauty treatment 6 months in advance. Go for regular facial and skin exfoliation to remove dead cells. Skin whitening takes time. So start it 2 months before the wedding for a glow. 
2. Go for laser treatment for your legs and arms. By doing waxing the skin does not remain until honeymoon.
3. Include cleansing, toning, exfoliating, moisturising. Use sun screen lotion when ever you step out. 
4. Go for regular Mani and pedi every week.
5. Plan all your hair and beauty treatments well in advance to avoid last minute mishaps.
6. Be in a happy state of mind because the results reflect on your skin.

1. add some colour safe detergent into your washing machine, use hot water mode and select the shortest wash cycle to rinse your tee.
2. Soak your tee in a pot of boiling water until the water  cools down. Your tee will have started shrinking as boiling water loosens up the treads in the material.
3. After washing, put your tee in the dryer with the setting turned on high heat. Do not dry it completely.

2. Pound a piece of fresh ginger and boil it in a cup of water for few min's. Add sugar and drink this 3 times a day to ease cramp's. 
3. Oregano is know to relieve menstrual cramps. Chew a few leaves thrice a day for relief.

Tips On Skin Care 

1. Use a combo of Epsom salt, sea salt & baking soda to get rid of toxins from the skin.
2. Using a dry body brush is more effective than a wet soapy brush or sponge for cleaning your skin. 
3. Fill a spray bottle with distilled water, add few drops of chamomile or rose essential oil. Shake it gently before each use, and spray it on to hydrate your face, even over makeup, frequently throughout the day. 
4. Beetroot contains good amount of foliate, potassium & manganese. they are less in calories & are effective in curing skin problems. 
5. Apply coconut water on your face. It will help get rid of dirt and oil.

6. To make your skin shine, apply a paste of apple mixed with milk or honey and wash it off. 
7. Eating carrots has a protective effect against uv light on the skin. It can help you look young for long.
8. Dilute 1 part of tea tree oil with 10 parts of olive oil & apply on the skin to prevent sun burn.
9. Rub milk cream & sugar granules on dry skin to soften it. 
10. Apply a mix of honey & lime juice on sunburn affected areas. It helps lighten & sooth skin.

Prevention 
1. Drinking water
2. Sleep for min of 8hrs
3. Keep stress & emotions controlled
4. Remove contact lenses before sleeping
5. Try to eliminate or reduce consuming alcohol & sodium
6. Use fragrance free, non toxic moisturizers

Remedies 
1. Wash face with cold water
2. Drink water to flush out toxins and clean the body system
3. Take 2 tea bags, moist it with water and then place them in fridge for chilling. Later place them on eye lids.
4. Use eye creams which contain vit E or aloe
5. Place slices of raw potato or cucumber on eye lids for a while
6. A rounded metal spoon which has been cooled in fridge for a while can be used by placing the spoon on the puffed eye portion for a few Min's.

1. Curry leaves have hair vitalising & root strengthening properties. Boiling these leaves with coconut oil and then massaging the hair & scalp will prove beneficial.
2. Amla or indian gooseberry is know to enrich hair pigmantation & growth. Soak dried pieces of amla in water overnight & use this water to wash hair.
3. A mixture of almond oil, with few drops of lime 7 amla juice is great for massaging hair & scalp.
4. Torai or ribbed gourd boiled with coconut oil is another remedy for enhancing natural pigmentation of hair.
5. Butter obtained from fresh cow's milk helps avoid & reduce premature greying of hair.

1. Boil beetroot in water and use it to treat pimples.
2. Crush orange peels and mix with water. Apply the mixture to acne affected areas.
3. Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and groundnut oil & leave the paste on face for 20 Min's. Wash off with lukewarm water.
4. Make a face wash out of fresh lime juice mixed with boiled milk and use daily.
5. Apply a paste of ripe tomato pulp on zits and wash after 45 Min's.
6. Half a glass of rose water with a tablespoon of honey mixed everyday to keep your skin clear.
7. Experts recommend raw papaya juice as an effective home remedy for pimple. Dab a few drops on affected areas.
8. Grind cucumber in blender and apply the paste on your face. Leave it on for half an hour & wash it off with warm water.
9. Another effective remedy is applying a paste of honey and grated apple on your face. Wash it off with cold water.
10. Mix turmeric & neem leaves & add few drops of water. Applying this helps reduce scars left behind by pimples.

1. Apply fermented curd on scalp and hair for an hour before a wash.
2. Dandruff is common in dry hair, so oil hair as often as possible.
3. Make mixture of olive oil and ginger root and apply it on scalp. This reduces dandruff and keeps hair healthy.
4. Avoid colouring or streaking your hair if you suffer from dandruff.
5. Take a bit of sandalwood oil and thrice the amount of lemon juice to make a paste.
Keep mixture on scalp for some time and then wash off.
6. Rinse scalp with lemon juice, works wonders in getting rid of dandruff.
7. Mix half mug of warm water with half of vinegar and pour it over scalp and rinse out thoroughly.
8. Make a paste of 2 egg whites mixed with lime juice and apply it on scalp.
9. Mix almond oil and olive oil and apply it to your scalp. Wash it off after 5 Min's.
10. Mix 1 tea spoom of coconut oil & 1 tea spoon of lemon juice with fuller's earth or multani mitti & apply this paste on your hair and scalp. Keep it for an hour. Wash off. This will definitely give relief from dandruff.

REMEDIES
1. Regular exercise and balanced diet.
2. Practise pranayama.
3. Consumption of olive oil instead of saturated oil.
4. Dinner should be light & easy to gigest.
5. A glass of lukewarm water with honey is also helpful.
6. A cup of hot milk with turmeric proves effective.
7.Avoid smoking as it causes songestion in nasal area.
8. Meditation for half hour daily to combat stress.
9. Raising the head of bed by 4-5 inches can aslo solve problem
10. Sleeping flat on your back can cause snoring. It will be better to sleep on your side.
11. Put few drops of almond oil into nostrils before sleeping.
12. An open bottle of marjoram oil can be kept on ed side while sleeping. Its useful in clearing nasal passage.
13. In a container of steaming water add 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil and inhale.
14. Green tea, chamomile and mint tea have a soothing effect on throat.

1. If you suffer from constipation, eat a ripe guava first thing in the morning.
2. Yoga and pranayam to be done regularly.
3. One should sleep early and get up early so that undigested matter is eliminated timely.
4. Take an alternate hot and cold hip bath in tub with feet outside. Simultaneously you should massage the abdomen from left to right with towel. This can be done twice a week.
5. Direct mud application on abdomen on empty stomach.
6. Soak dry figs in water and consume them following morning.


DON'TS
1. Urge to pass stools should not be suppressed.
2. One should never exert or strain at the time of passing stools.


CAUSES
1. Intake of unhealthy food which lacks natural vitamins, minerals and fiber.
2. Spicy or sweetened food 
3. Deep fried food
4. Over eating
5. Stimulants like tea, coffee and cold drinks.
6. Lack of exercise.
7. Insufficient water intake.

3. Bleeding piles caused due to straining at time of passing stools.
